Trip Notices

If you are a returning traveler with Italian Excursion ask for your 10% discount on subsequent tours!

Prices include: lodging, ground transportation during that period, breakfast meals, some main meals (depending on tour level), daily guided tours, 24 hour travel support during the tour, entrance fees in Orvieto, 5 hours of trip planning guidance.

Not Included: Airfare, transportation from landing site (only not included for 7 day - #1 option), some lunches/dinners and gratuities.

Price subject to change without notice due to currency fluctuations in Europe. Ask about last minute or special organizational discounts!

Cancellation Policy:
90 days before trip date - $250 per person cancellation fee
60 days before trip date- fee of $1000 per person cancellation fee
30 days before trip date- fee of $2000 per person cancellation fee
less than 30 days before trip date - No refund available Cancellation fees apply without exception for cause. Travel insurance is strongly recommended, especially trip cancellation coverage.
